Took Owner ship of property July 2000

(new roof had recently been installed just prior to purchase)

build new exterior deck ('01)

installed cabin (10X18) on property in woods behind home

 barn roofs painted, replaced barn boards (back of large barn) 7/2000

replaced linoleum on kitchen floor, paint

added and finished laundry room sink, shelving (freezer)

8/11/02  installed Barrier Windows  (10) and front door replaced (storm doors/screen doors for both doors)

2003 purchased refrigerator

2003 replaced front porch and both pillars

2004 added additional stalls to barn

2005 renovated barn to outfit it as a country store (plaster walls, installed wood flooring, barn board chair rail, interior window, trim and new door for access)

2006 ran water underground from basement to both barns for water/hydrants

approximately 2008 installed wood floors in upstairs bath, hall and lg. bedroom over kitchen, paint

approximately 2009 renovated sitting room adjoining master bedroom, paint

approximately 2009 installed gutters(Gutter pro)

2010 Installed new furnace (wood, coal and oil fueled)

2011 Pulled up downstairs bathroom,  linoleum floor replaced with lg. ceramic tiles, replaced vanity, painted

2012 reconfigured drain under crawl space for kitchen due to clog

2012 repaired water line to barn

2013 installed new stacking washer/Dryer

2014 frozen pipe under kitchen sink, hired contractor to repair and insulate (D Squared Const.) 1st time in 14 years!

added electric heat to two rooms
painted and carpeted main stairway
Painted entire house exterior
repair frozen pipe in kitchen from previous year (heat, plumber)

summer 2015 replaced electronics inside of Viking Stove (($250) 

Jan.2016  replaced shingle roof with Metal as well as skylight (Sunset Builders)

March 2016 removed and replaced bowed kitchen ceiling 
June 2016 painted front porch
